We raise delicious, high-quality beef and lamb using traditional methods that have been passed down for generations. The animals you purchase from us have not been given antibiotics, hormones, or grain supplements. Instead, they graze freely on lush pastures that are free of synthetic pesticides and herbicides.
We believe in rotational grazing, a method that mimics natural animal behavior and promotes healthy soil. This, in turn, leads to healthier animals and more nutritious meat for you.

We sell beef by the whole, half, and quarter; lamb by the whole and half. Availability varies by season but we are always accepting reservations held by deposits.
Beef and lamb marrow bones, organs, and fat also available on request. These are very healthy components of the animal that can be used for bone broth, freeze drying, and rendering. We try to utilize as much of the animal as possible. Hides are also available with advance notice.
